My real estate adventure started back in 2005 in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago where I grew up. My husband and I have been investing in real estate since then. From flipping houses, overseeing long-term rentals, managing Airbnbs, completing land improvements, and even renovating a 24-acre abandoned farm into a retreat--we have done it all! We have an eye for finding hidden gems that just need a little TLC and creativity to be brought back to life! 

One recent project was creating The Rutherfordton Retreat, a working goat farm where we even hosted goat yoga. This is what moved us to Lake Lure full time in 2020 from the South Suburbs of Charlotte. In the heart of the pandemic, when the world was closed down, we opened a place to bring the joy of baby goats to others. Selling our retreat in the summer of 2022 made me realize how I could help others achieve their real estate dreams as well.

In my spare time, I teach Sunday school for preschoolers at The Biltmore Church in Hendersonville, so most Sundays that is where you will find me. I love to travel and adventure to new places. Staying fit and healthy is a passion and one of the core values in our family. I try to find my Zen daily through yoga, Pilates and weightlifting. 

I am a farm girl at heart! Even though I knew nothing about raising animals until a few years ago! I still have a "mini" farm with a few goats, a "few too many" chickens, geese, farm cats and two farm dogs. The animals help slow me down in this busy world we live in. 

I believe mindset is everything! I try to find a little sunshine every day. Some days you just have to look a little harder than others to find it!
